Welcome to Primary 6. The three teachers are Mrs Ferris, Miss Toner and Mr McCloskey. It’s a busy year with lots of exciting activities. The P.6. children will lead the children in KS2 in the Nativity play, Mary’s Secret, at Christmas. We will be doing topic work on Myself, The Vikings, The Rainforests and European Geography during the course of this year. In term 1 we have swimming and we will have weekly visits from HOPE NW to discuss the dangers young people face in today’s world. During term 2 we will begin preparing children for the qualifying tests in November 2018. It’s a busy year but there will be lots of enjoyment along the way! Remember to keep at the My Maths and Accelerated Reading at home.
